Our attribution model is the industry standard. If a user visits your site and clicks on a Perform recommendation, and returns to the site within 30 days and buys the product they clicked on/converts, then full attribution for the conversion will be given to Perform.
A question that gets asked a lot is, "what if a user engages with a recommendation, returns to the site and purchases the item, plus other items they weren't recommended?"

This metrics shows the number of unique users who purchased a Perform recommendation compared to the number of unique users who viewed a Perform recommendation as a percentage.
Example: 100 users viewed recommendations and 10 users purchased from recommendations – therefore 10/100 = 0.1 or 10%.

If no data appears in the Personalization Portal reporting or data is missing from a report (e.g. the last 3 days) this can be because:
The incorrect currency is selected in the report view
There are tracking issues on your site - you can review any recent code changes around the time that data stopped being collected to see if anything could have affected the tracking of pages, in particular the basket, checkout and order pages
