Performing a full sync results in the following error prior or during the database portion:
The message with Action 'http://tempuri.org/ISiteCommunication/GetCMSSiteInformationSecured' cannot be processed at the receiver, due to a ContractFilter mismatch at the EndpointDispatcher. This may be because of either a contract mismatch (mismatched Actions between sender and receiver) or a binding/security mismatch between the sender and the receiver. Check that sender and receiver have the same contract and the same binding (including security requirements, e.g. Message, Transport, None).
This error is almost always caused by version disparity; prior to 9.1X the error would state 'Version Mismatch'.
Retrieve the following version information from both ends of the eSync relationship in question and update as necessary. Please reach out to Support with questions regarding upgrading the EktronWindowService. An article on upgrading the EktronWindowService can be found here. The web.config and database values should be identical. The EktronWindowService version should also be identical but may be a higher version than the web.config/database values, this is acceptable.
